About Cytomine:

Cytomine is a Belgian company that offers both commercial COTS and bespoke digital pathology solutions. The company uses its open-source web platform as leverage to deliver Enterprise Edition (EE) software that fosters collaborative analysis of very large images and allows processing of machine learning algorithms.

Active in teaching (EET), research (EER), and diagnosis (EED), the Cytomine virtual microscopy suite allows access to high resolution biomedical images. It uses a web interface that is as easy to use as Google Maps.

Cytomine is API-driven and (amongst others) integrates itself into the Learning Managing System (Moodle) of the University.
