Information about image: 

This one tera pixels² bigtiff image has been build by Cytomine cooperative for her 5th blind test, by merging together 400 whole slide images using libvips, after resizing them to perfectly fit one tera pixels².

The aim of the 5th blind test was to be able to find the intruder : an oesophagus lost in 399 ileons (in N14 for battleship fans).

These both bigtiff images demonstrate that Cytomine allows you to share very large images, and explore them in a fluid way despite their size.

This image is a TIFF embeded pyramidal JPEG, compressed at 70% as in the SVS source images.

Calibration is 0.239 µm/px (unless for the intruder).
